Cricketers Court – Residential

This £7.5 million residential design and build project is set to see the construction of 48 1 and 2 bedroom apartments over two blocks.

This development for Basildon Council will provide more affordable housing for the local community. We will be constructing parking spaces alongside 12 EV charging points with future provision for more as well as cycle storage for the residents. We are also upgrading 2 local bus stops as part of this project.

As part of this scheme, we are creating an ecology feature within the finished construction, such as bat boxes, bird boxes, bug hotels, habitat log piles and hedgehog highways. This will help to protect and encourage the local wildlife to specific areas within the development.

We take pride in running our sites with the highest standard of health and safety.
